Having served honorably in the Air Force for more than 30 years, Robinson retired at the elite rank of Chief Master Sergeant—the highest enlisted rank attainable—an achievement that speaks volumes about his leadership abilities, discipline, and character. His military career was decorated with numerous awards and commendations, reflecting his unwavering dedication to mentorship, professional development, and mission-driven success. Throughout his service, he specialized in cultivating high-performing teams and developing emerging leaders, earning a respected reputation for his ability to build trust and drive results in even the most challenging environments.

Robinson's leadership journey is deeply rooted in his upbringing. Born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey, he was the ninth of ten children in a hardworking Haitian immigrant family. From an early age, he learned the value of perseverance, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that would shape his life and career. These early life lessons laid the foundation for his passion for service and his belief in the transformative power of leadership that is both empathetic and empowering.
